Optimized screen sharing
- Screen sharing is now directly accessible via the lower controls, making it easier and faster to use.
- If presenters or shares switch workspaces during active screen sharing, a message banner indicates that they or someone else is still sharing the screen.
- In addition, the screen or application area to be shared can now be changed at any time without having to stop screen sharing.
Troubleshooting
A bug was fixed that allowed automations to be deleted in certain cases even though they were still being used by future webinars.

Spring update 2026
May 27, 2026
New join screen
Joining webinars has been redesigned. Participants and presenters can now check and adjust the camera, microphone and other settings on the upstream join screen before entering the webinar room.
Optimized virtual backgrounds
The virtual backgrounds have been improved. These are based on a completely newly developed engine, are significantly more powerful than before and are now more stable and available in better quality.
Resend invitations
Invitations can now be sent again to people who have already been invited. You can manually select individual people or re-invite everyone you've already invited who haven't signed up yet.
Mute individual participants
Presenters can now make central settings for participant communication via the new prominent “Participant” button at the top right of the webinar room. Until now, presenters could mute all approved participants at the same time. From now on, presenters can also specifically mute individual participants.
Participant invoices for participants
For paid webinars, moderators can now view the invoices sent to participants and access them themselves. This gives organizers a better overview of paid bookings.
New help center
Our new help center, which has been restructured and has a modern look, is now available to you. The aim is to make information easier to find and better support users in setting up and running their webinars.
