Currently, only the main licensee can start and end surveys in the webinar. To do this, the speaker (co-moderator) may have to coordinate well with the main licensee. It would be easier if the speaker could handle the surveys himself.

The respective moderator only ever sees the surveys that they have created themselves. It would also be very convenient for us if every presenter could access all surveys (the same applies to stored YouTube videos)
