The basic email templates your system produces are not adequate for today’s standards of communication. I’d like to request access to a CKEditor or WYSIWYG editor so I can build custom-designed templates that better reflect our brand and user expectations.

Individuelle Formatierung automatisierte E-Mails / Abschlusszeile

Die automatisch versandten Mails können nicht komplett individuell angepasst werden. Aktuell sieht die Formatierung des unteren Bereichs ziemlich chaotisch aus (verschiedende Farben, Schriften, Größen etc. pp.). Es wäre hilfreich, wenn dies ebenso individuell angepasst werden kann oder der Code generell sauber formatiert ausgespielt wird.

Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Die automatisierten Emails sowie deren aktuelle Konfiguration und Bearbeitung sind noch Bestandteil des alten Dashboards. Aktuell arbeiten wir daran, diese Funktionen Schritt für Schritt in das neue Dashboard zu überführen. Dabei handelt es sich nicht nur um eine optische Überarbeitung, sondern auch um eine technologische Neuentwicklung, die es uns künftig ermöglicht, neue hilfreiche Funktionen sowie entsprechende Anpassungen umzusetzen. Die Umstellung ist für die erste Jahreshälfte geplant.

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the email templates. We understand the importance of creating messages that match modern communication standards and your brand identity.
We already have further improvements to our email templates on our roadmap, which will be addressed as part of a broader optimization of the dashboard. While I can’t share concrete details or timelines yet, this is definitely an area we are looking to enhance.
