The basic email templates your system produces are not adequate for today’s standards of communication. I’d like to request access to a CKEditor or WYSIWYG editor so I can build custom-designed templates that better reflect our brand and user expectations.

The automatically sent emails cannot be completely customized individually. Currently, the formatting of the bottom area looks pretty messy (different colors, fonts, sizes, etc. pp.). It would be helpful if this could also be customized individually or if the code was generally played out in a cleanly formatted way.

Thanks for the feedback. The automated emails and their current configuration and processing are still part of the old dashboard. We are currently working on moving these functions step by step to the new dashboard. This is not only a visual overhaul, but also a new technological development that will enable us to implement new helpful functions and corresponding adjustments in the future. The changeover is planned for the first half of the year.

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the email templates. We understand the importance of creating messages that match modern communication standards and your brand identity.
We already have further improvements to our email templates on our roadmap, which will be addressed as part of a broader optimization of the dashboard. While I can’t share concrete details or timelines yet, this is definitely an area we are looking to enhance.
