Your own Q&A area, separate from the chat

It would help us immensely if there was a separate Q&A area to the chat area to relieve the chat and make questions/answers more clearly visible.
In webinars with 500+ participants, it is very difficult for moderator/speaker/participants to recognize the questions in the chat.
In addition, there would also be an option in the Q&A area that allows up/down voting of questions.
I know that from z.B. from Teams, GoToWebinar and YulInc.
