Currently, the automatic email templates use the salutation in the form of you as standard (e.g. “Dear Mr. {{lastname}}”).

It would be very helpful if the salutation could be adapted flexibly, for example:

You shape or you shape can be selected

Salutation with first name instead of last name

Free phrases such as “Greetings, {{Firstname}}”

Many providers, coaches and seminar organizers deliberately communicate in the form of you. An individually configurable salutation would significantly improve personal communication and better adapt e-mail communication to the respective communication style.
