Please provide an explicit “canceled” feature for webinars.
When activated:
  • Webinar page clearly shows “Cancelled” instead of “No longer exists.” (or can then be completely deleted later)
  • Login is disabled/hidden
  • registered persons receive an automated email that was previously defined (similar to reminder emails)
- System emails to participants no longer contain a working login link. (which is currently the case when I send an email to all registrants canceling the webinar)
Background: In the event of a cancellation, we currently have to send an email to all registrants, which then includes a link to the still existing event.
Benefits: Consistent user guidance, less confusion, clean communication and better process reliability in the event of short-term cancellations.
