Hi, the banner in the presenter's picture is much too big and covers a great deal of the image, especially when participating via a mobile device. Please use the Insert option to hide the banner. Greetings

When the co-mods are added via the webinar dashboard, the word “presenter” appears under their picture/name by default. It would be desirable to change this to “moderation.” If the mods are team members, this is obviously freely definable, but our mods almost always only speak once, so it is not feasible that they have to create an account.

The page preview in presentation mode should scroll along with the slides so that you always have an overview of where you or your colleague is doing right now without having to search.

In the seminar, tips from Eddi will be published in regular sections for all moderators. For us as owners of the seminar, we have already switched off these instructions. However, they appear with the moderators/speakers during the presentation and confuse them somewhat. Could this information also be switched off centrally for the event?

Thank you for adding the page to test the technology before joining the seminar. However, since our speakers first join as participants and are only then leveled up to the moderator, you cannot test their technique on the site in advance. Could you open this test page for everyone so that everyone can set up the technology correctly?

It would be nice if within the seminar it was possible to change your own name under “Settings” in order to adjust which name is displayed to participants.

In the main room, it is possible to share materials in the chat, which participants can then download. It would be nice if this option was also available in the breakout rooms.

It would be very helpful if you could display an image for the participants while they wait for the seminar to start. In this way, you could draw attention to another seminar or you could welcome you with just a few tips. Starting the seminar beforehand and simply showing a slide is not very helpful, as we talk to the speakers before the seminar starts in the room and discuss the entire technology and process with them.

At the top left, you can collapse the chat (/the list of participants, etc, etc.) by clicking on an arrow to get more space for the slide. However, it may not be intuitive that you have to click on Chat again at the bottom and so we would like a visual indicator or, possibly simply, a small arrow at the top right that points to the left, etc., to show the chat again.
